Respected Sir/Mam,

Whenever I am filling the requisition for R.M(RAW MATERIAL) it showed ( "ORA -00001: unique constraint (IMISMAIN.UK_REQS) violated. and If firstly filling the requisition of PM (PACKAGING MATERIAL) then after filling requisition for R.M it gets filled.

Please see this system bug problem and revert me back.
