Dear Mahender ji / Sharad Ji

This is to inform you we would require an option of transporter in GRN module (IMIS) in case we received the material in Transit damage and later on it will be debited to the transporter..

Most of the cases we have faced lots of issues related to transporter damage/Debit,because we have no option in GRN module either it is a supplier rejection or debiting to transporter we have to put the rejection in one option as a result it gets debited to Supplier if it is a transporter debit..To avoid such kind of issues this is "must needed option" in IMIS (GRN MODULE) so that if it is transporter debit in GRN itself we will transfer the material to transporter option which will be debited to transporter and Supplier gets the full payment.
