Dear IT Team, 

During the verification of records of bilty feeding made by the depot team, it has been observed that user has entered the different Bilty date against the same bilty number in the same month with same transporter. It can be seen clearly in BHIWANDI DEPOT in the below mentioned bilties.

•	DPL/969
•	DPL/161

A check needs to be developed in this respect to strengthen the control on the bilty knocking off process and respective reports thereof.
