Dear Team, 

With reference to the audit observation, Provision is required for auto closure of Requisition which is not yet approved by the respective HOD within 90 days. It must be closed in IMIS after completion of 90 days and further auto intimation is to be given to the user & respective HOD to minimize the communication gap. 

Apart from this, can we give the provision for sharing the link on the mail to the respective HOD for approving the requisition created by the user.
