we have done below points & resolved please check & revert.

OCS & Antivirus installation.
WPS and pc name changed.
printer installation.

Dear Team 

Please check this laptop setting it's working very slow and our IMSI working not properly. We unable to run any report in system. 

System showing some update but unable to update the same. 

Need to install office (excel, word etc..)
