Kindly create a form in IMIS regarding Material master with filter as on dated for all units and depots as per the attached sheet for audit purpose as currently period wise report is showing.

Dear Sir,

Kindly create a form in IMIS regarding RM, PM and GI with headers Company Code, Stock Type, Item Code, Item Description, UOM, item code created by, item code created on, item code approved by and item code approved on for audit purpose.

Also, we have observed that different item codes have been opened for same item. So, kindly resolve this issue asap and take care the same in future.
