Dear Sir,

We can't do any modification in TAX INVOICE report. You will have to get approval from the legal department for any type of modification.

Dear Sir,
1. Please find the attached 'new format of Com. Invoice' & the L.C as required for the dispatch to Alina Trading Pvt. Ltd..,Nepal.

2.As has been desired by BGL, the address details of the Applicant "ALINA TRADING PVT. LTD 104/18, MAYALBARI MARG-12, TEKU, KATHMANDU, PAN 606863007 EXIM 6068630070106NP, NEPAL" is required to be reflected/ notified under a column (NOTIFY FULL DETAIL)  in the IMIS Module "Sales Tax Invoice" (under A-15 Unit).

Details has been mentioned in the attached Commercial Invoice (DRAFT)

3. Needful may please be done asap. Dispatch is going to be done today.

Mail has also been sent in this regard with necessary documents.
