Started Auto mail to send the Loan Out report and it's going well

Reported by Yadav Sir,

1. Form - "POSF2910 - Loan Out" Document date can not be less than Sysdate for normal user but allowed to super user.

2. Make new report for Loan Out and auto mail should be sent to Mr. Yadav ji & Mr. Ritesh Ji.
