Dear Mr Ranjeet,

1  Item name length excessed 50 character. Please change item name.
2. Pending requisition please contact to PRD dept.

Dear Sir,
Below mention issue facing the I 62 unit, Company :- 00 when issue of Packing material.

1. In PM, Some item's full item name not show in requisition slip so facing 
   problem to issue the Item (PM).
   
Form Id :- ds1120 Requisition slip Print.

2. When transfer the PM main store to PRD, Lots of old requisition show but there are not any pending requisition. Please remove all the old requisition.

Form id :- IMSF2210 (IN list of Requisition No)

3. In Delivery challan (PM) the item code "PM-BPMLMT/003" item name show different.

Form Id :- INV1640G (issue in print copy)

Kindly resolved the above issues.
