Dear Sir,

As per your Discussion with Mr. Amit Madaan Sir, a restriction has to be placed while revising the purchase order. 
Revision shall strictly be not allowed in following 2 criteria :-
    1. "ITEM CODE" (NO change can be made once created)
    2. "STOCK TYPE" (NO change can be made once created)
User has to place new purchase order for New Items.
