We are unable to understand when the previous invoices were generated correctly, then why the system did not mention the Cess amount on attached bill.


Kindly give us the specific reason for the same and how we can mitigate from this issue in future.

 

We request you to please ensure proper system control as we cannot depend on the manual control of user.
