another user ID D00197 faces same problem his 2nd login password also blocked and he is unable to change from DS password management form


and D00558, D00673 is also pending 2nd login page password.

users cannot change password thru DS password management plz chk the error

User has to use the password management option to change the passwords

I am very sorry to inform you that since the OTP option has come in the DS password management for password change, always getting error and user is not able to change password on his own due to which we have to enter call log in bugzilla

please rectify as early as possible.

user id D00588 kindly reset password.
