Dear IT Team,

This is to inform you that my Laptop bettry has neen out of order as the bettry backup is 0, and I have varbaly told you many time to replace my laptop bettry but the bettry still replace. I am facing lot of problum regarding the same in market, hence request you to please replace my laptot bettry as soon as possiable.
