Voucher is showing in open

Dear Sir / Madam,

We accounted for an advance payment voucher of M/s Chemco Plastic Industries Pvt. Ltd. and took a print after approved posting in ERP which is apparent from attached voucher.

Due to some technical error abovesaid voucher status changed now as OPEN rather than posted an screen shot is pasted for ready reference.

Please resolve.
