Dear Madam,

As discussed, we require a query that how many numbers of an active user has made the GRN of the following items during the specific period. 

•	General items
•	Packing Material
•	Raw Material

These details would be required in the following format:-
•	Company code.
•	Company Name. 
•	GRN type (i.e. Creation of GRN of General items, Packing material items, raw material items)
•	User Code. 
•	User name. 
•	User Department. 
•	No’s of GRN created. 

Note :- Further, query will be required for approval of GRN ( Raw, Packing, General Items)

This query is required to withdraw the rights of those users whose having a right of preparation of GRN but don’t make any entry of creation of GRN in IMIS.
