Dear Sir,

Yesterday i was made a requisition for General items in B59 unit IMIS system.
Requisition no. 11639, but the same is not showing in store, even this requisition has been approved by my HoD mr. Harish Yadav ji.
Also Mr. Yadav ji asked me the same req. is not showing in approved list also.
Please look into this & do the needful, so that i can get the requisite items from store.
