SIR,

CURRENTLY WE HAVE ASSETS PHYSICAL REPORT AMSR 3060 IN WHICH ASSETS ORIGINAL COST IS WDV OF 31.03.2016. WE NEED NEW REPORT ALSO IN WHICH THE ORIGINAL COST WILL
COME ALONG WITH CURRENT WDV OF ASSETS.  THE PREVIOUS REPORT AMSR 3060 WILL REMAIN SAME.
