        Sir,

        on 29/12/17 we received the following Silver bars through delivery challan from DSL.
        S.No	Receiving date	Weight of silver bar	Billing in the name of
        1	29/12/17	33.135	Shri. Rajiv Kumar Gupta
        2	29/12/17	29.340	Shri. Rajiv Kumar Gupta
        3	29/12/17	32.908	Smt. Sunita Gupta
        4	29/12/17	65.420	Ms. Riti Gupta

        Now as per instructions from DSL we have to send these Silver bars back to DSL at address C6-10 Sector 67, Noida on the delivery challan.

        But as per discussion with Mr. Sharad there is no such provision in the system to make delievery challan.

        So, request you to kindly get this provision available in the system so that we can send these Silver bars back to DSL.

        Earlier on 10/02/18 we sent one Silver bar back to DSL that was in the name of Shri Rohan Gupta Ji and the delievery challan was made by Mr. Tomar at that time.

        So, we want the same procedure as it was done earlier.

        Dear Sir

        As discussed, you need to send the Silver bars back to DSL at address C6-10 Sector 67, Noida on the delivery challan. Following points to be noted while raising the delivery challan :

         1.  Consignee will be DSL address (from where material had been received)

        2.  At the bottom/ Center of delivery challan, reference of original challan through which silver bars were transferred by DSL to DCCPL.

        3. Quantity and rate of silver bars will be as per the original challan by which the silver bars were transferred to the DCCPL.
