New forms & report implemented on main server

Dear Anushree Madam,

Please module entry in invf1620ig, invf1625ig & invr1620ig in nature miracle server copy from Ipos module and module id inactive invf1600ig, invf1610ig & invr1600ig in Nature Miracle server.

and give permissions same as invf1600ig, invf1610ig & invr1600ig this module id
