Now olds mail recovered. please check & let me know in case any issue.

this can not happen in auto update. This will happen only by some user action.  
Manoj, please discuss with user so that it does not happen again.

Dear Sir/Mam,
During windows auto update, Microsoft outlook was deleted. All old emails were erased. Request you to update all mails on server.
