Dear Sir,

We received an audit observation in relation to non-availability of FSSAI License validity in customer master. The observation were discussed with internal auditor as well as with Mr. Arpit Gupta and agreed to maintain a detail in IMIS regarding validity, expiry of license with the help of IT in customer master.

Therefore, we have to make a provision in IMIS for the validity of FSSAI licence in the customer master Form. 
 
So it is requested to you please look into this and provide a suitable time so that we can discuss this query and ensure compliance of internal audit observation.
