Due to select wrong revision number in ghan creation item code LOT-TZ160PM/M03 -Revision number "0" select instead of "2" of unit 1D(85). Details as under:


01)Entry number 1149 dated 30.06.20, item code RM-SILV-2M/004 wrong quantity consumed 4 x 0.2=0.800kg.

02) Entry number 1150 dated 30.06.20, item code RM-SILV-2M/004 wrong quantity consumed 4 x 0.2=0.800kg.

Total wrong consumed by both entry = 1.6kg.

Actual quantity to be consumed 8 x .05 = 0.400kg.
Quantity to be reverse  1.6-0.400 = 1.2kg
