Dear Sir,

This is the Request for Mr. Animesh Kumar Jha (E20933).
Please increase the RAM from 4GB to 8GB bcz the the Laptop is not performing well on heavy File, Also battery performance is very bad. Laptop is not working without Electricity Supply. Kindly help in the same.
