Escrow opening in report amsr 2150 & 2154 not matching

Sir,

Opening balance in escrow report AMSR 2150 ( Amsr 2154 also) not matching due to Assets which Qty become nil but assets having some value , that value is  not
including in opening balance.  I am attaching the report report amsr 2150, amsr 2154
