UNABLE TO ENTER OTHER CHARGES DURING MAKING PO

ALL ROWS OTHER THEN FIRST ROW ARE HIDE IN THE SUMMERY DETAILS DURING PROCESSING PURCHASE ORDER.
I HAVE TO ADD FREIGHT RS-3121 IN FIRST ROW   AND OTHER CHARGES RS-4428 IN SECOND ROW.
