Dear Sir, 

Hope you are healthy and fine.

I am trying to view the whole transaction that which Cash Voucher is Posted by whom and approved by which person and other details of Cash Payment Voucher.


For the same there is a form - Approval of Cash Payment - Miscellaneous APMF2205.
But this  form is showing an issue which i am attaching at attachment section in this problem.

Kindly provide solution for same.
