Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to inform you that, I have wrongly passed & approved the entry of "Approval of issue against requisition" vide Transaction no. - 46/2003/1/88/ dt. 16/03/2020 of Beat Book & CSM Bag. This item will issue through Tax Invoice only.

So, now you are requested to kindly arrange to cancel the entry ASAP.
I have also discussed with Mr. Kuldeep Ji (FNA)
