Dear Madam/Sir,

Due to some unavoidable circumstances, we were unable to dispatch our FG stock against the respective challan(Details given below) on 25/02/2020.

And the same got dispatched against other challan.


This is to request you that kindly cancel one Delivery Challan for our unit (I62,00).

Delivery Challan No. 00-DC-2019-00316   date - 25/02/2020
Delivery Challan  Value - Rs.610740.00/-

Kindly do the needful at the earliest possible .
