Modify Table : CUST_CRNOTE_ITEMS

Add Two Column for Invoice NO. & Invoice Date

Dear Sir, 

As discussed, Please make the provision of columns of invoice no and Invoice date in damages claims form No 2440. Invoice no. and invoice date will be manually punched against each item.

Also, duplicate entry of item name and Invoice no. is to  be allowed.
