Error at Invoice Cancellation Window

Dear Sir 

I am Unable to cancel the sales invoice @ Zirakpur CFA (27).
details are...
bill no  27-I1-TI19-00607 & 608  dated 16.07.19  packing slip no-BL/2019/000396 of SHRI GORAKHNATH ENTERPRISES ( 205147 ) 
Imis Showing some error during cancellation. Please find the attached screen shot for details.
