check cancellation form if available then cancelled or assign to authorized person

PLZ CANCELL THE DELIVERY CHALLAN NO-79-DC-2019-00073 ON DATED 14/07/2019 DUE TO HSN CODE MISMATCH. THE E-WAY BILL DONOT ACCEPT THE SAME HSN CODE WHICH ARE MENTIONED IN CHALLAN. SO PLEASE CANCELL IT. WE RAISE NEW DELIVERY CHALLAN WITH CORRECT HSN AND THIS HSN ACCEPT BY E-WAY BILL AND SEND OUR MACHINE TO VENDOR FOR REPAIR. ITS VERY URGENT TO SEND FOR REPAIR.
