Dear Priyanka,

Gate number 3 both machine have network issue. 
Gate number 4 both machine is old version so it will not support static IP or online connectivity 

Please contact to vendor or replace both machines to another new updated machines.

Gate No 3 IN and Out and Gate no 4 In and out machines are ofline.
