Dear Sir, As discussed, we require tracker of several types of claims which are currently being processed through Internal audit team. ¿ Tracker on Travelling bills of TR/ FMCG team ¿ Tracker on Full and final settlement of Customer ¿ Tracker on Full and Final settlement of Employee ¿ Tracker on Security Manpower bills ¿ Tracker on Damages Claims ¿ Tracker on DSM and CSM salary claims. ¿ Tracker on GST Reconciliation on the claim of customer. For each and every case of tracker or requirement, Please schedule a meeting so that detail discussion and format of each tracker can be shared with you to implement the same in IMIS. Purpose of such tracker is create the transparency between the inter department and users and also prepare many types of reports for the management. Waiting for your prompt action on the same.
