BOM CREATION MODULE

Dear Team IT,

I am facing problem while creation BOM in module DS0100. Finished code has already been open and activated in system but while creating BOM an error code is being displayed which you can see in attached.
FINISHED CODE IS TUT00TUP180G/001

Kindly resolve this issue urgently.
