REQUISITION ERROR RM-SNK-OTHERS/041

Dear sir/Mam

We are facing error during RM requisition RM-SNK-OTHERS/041- plant code-075 snacks division.
Error : ORA-00001 Unique constraint (IMISMAIN.UK_REQS) Violated.

Kindly correct it on priority as vehicle is ready to dispatch.
