Dear Mr. Sharad,

as discussed please check CSV return file Generator for GSTR-1, in undermentioned form there is no data fetched from sales for Delhi & Noida GST , 

1- sale B2C- < 2.50 lac
2- Sale B2C  > 2.50 Lac 
3- Sales return
