Dear Vaibhav,
it is physical damaged by using sanitizer or improper handling.

last year i was found keyboard and TFT damaged by same condition, than i told you please don't use sanitizer in TFT & other computer equipment.

please inform to HOD about this case & get repairable approval approx cost 4500+GST.
