This has occurred due to an oversight during transaction entry. Ideally, program should not have allowed such an error to occur. Shilpa ji please coordinate with IT to get the necessary correction entries done.
IT will debug the program to ensure this doeS not happen in future.

Now inform to you that audit department is authorized for entry feeding and approval , you had approve entry without checked. if you check before approval then no face this problem

Dear Sir,

A correct adjustment was made for 200 packs of liquid life and the same had been made while Mr. Mahender Singh Ji was on remote view with Mr. Amit Madaan through ‘Anydesk’.

It is the system bug which is showing incorrect representation, therefore please identify the valid reason why the stock has been updated in excess quantity even when correct adjustment was made.
