Dear Sir,

As per the sheet of Item Group Name provided by you, in column D "Created On", first and last date of creation is from Sep-18 only which is not practically possible. 

Also, Head Count of Group Name is not matched with the report of Item Code Name in column D "Item Group".

So, kindly re-validate the data and confirm the same.

Dear Sir,

After verifying the data provided by you in the attachment, we observed that no item group code is created in Sep-2018 at same time through only one user. So, kindly mention that if no Group code is created before Sep-18 and after Sep-2018 and what is the basis of data validity and authenticity of this sheet so that we can verify the same on that basis.

Also, Item code is created from 2003 till today and Item group code is mismatched in the sheet of Item code name with the Item Group code after removing thier duplicacy as 770 Group code is showing in Group Code sheet and 781 Group code is showing in Item Code sheet. So, there is a difference of 11 Group Code after reconciling the same.

So, kindly verify the sheet and confirm the same.

Dear Team,

Kindly specify the meaning of "Default Stock Type" under column of Stock Name as there is no stock name against item code.

Also, please authenticate whether the particular code is inactive in all units and depots as per the report extracted from P1.

Further, please specify the name of report for referring List of All Item Group and Item code with Item code name and Item Group Name in CSV for General Items from P1.
