Dear Priyanka,

This is the temporally problem, please wait & check after 24 hours, every machine will be auto update and come online within 24 hours.

if any machine doesn't even after 36 hours than let us know.  

this is happen due to some time power cut & internet problems in locations, or someone turn off the machine.

Example:- SMA machine is showing offline because of Wednesday is off day of SMA unit. 

now i am looking all machine updated recently.

Again machines are offline since yesterday.

Kindly resolve the problem permanently, most of the time machine is getting same issue.
