Dear sir ,
As per discusses with sharad sir,
You have entered wrong store code '000' instead of 'W01' in BOM  , that's why you faced that issue.
After revising BOM , Please check & confirm

This is for you information that while creating a lot by module - (LOT)Work orders-PPCF1700 in (065)Pills unit.But related raw material didn't consumed and lot created,lot also mentioned in GHAN MIXING stock.
Kindly look into the issue & try to resolve at the earliest.
