Dear Sir,

Call Close against call id - 4206 work done related FSSAI License validity call.

** Provision is to be created -non-availability of FSSAI License validity in customer master- Audit Observation:**
this issue has already been resolved along with a number of other issues on 9-Oct-2019 as per this bugzilla report (#919).
Users were asked to check and verify on the test server before rolling out in the live server but there has been no response.
Please ask the concerned users to contact Mahender/Sharad and to complete the testing.

All the requirements listed in Comment 9 have been incorporated and are ready for testing. Users are requested to come and check on the test server before rolling out to the live server.

-- Status of Requirements --

1. Liquid Life Client List: Done -- Updated customer category for Liquid Life in all customers.
2. Sampling Option to be given while billing: Existing system has provision for Sampling Invoices - no change required
3. FSSAI License 
    A) Expiry date field to be added in all_customer forms
    B) FSSAI change History not required
    C) Report required for intimation on expiry of FSSAI 90 Days Before Expiry; to Sales Team through auto-mail or on demand. 
    D) Sale Invoice not to be allowed after expiry date of FSSAI no.
4. Master Price List Report: Sample report to be given by Mr. Anurag / Mr. Dilip for customer-wise price list 
5. Consolidated Daily stock report for LL sales (HS and DPCL - SMA & Noida ) with "Auto-Mailer" and on demand options.


Only five point were discussed with Mr. Anurag / Mr. Dilip. Balance will be taken up after completing the above.

Pls ask someone to coordinate with Sharad. Most of the requirements can be met with existing provisions in the system. We need to discuss the options and then, if required, do any modifications that may be required.

Sampling Option is currently available through Sales Promotion Invoice. 
FFSAI List: Pls give a format for the report. Do you want a screen query or printable report? What are the selection criteria required? Do you want to add validity period of FSSAI certificate? (currently only the FSSAI no. is stored in the system).

Master Price List: There is a provision to define separate price lists for LL customers. This needs to be configured in consultation with your team.

Rest of the issues are also being looked into.

¿	Liquid Life Client List: Shared by Shilpa for Categorization as Liquid Life Business only and by default to be mapped from HS Plant and can be extended to DPCL (SMA & Noida)
¿	Sampling Option to be given while billing so as to avoid multiple approvals later.
¿	FSSAI License: Access to see the status against listed clients.
¿	Master Price List Report: To scan and fix if any discrepancy observed and also to handle and control one time special rate to specific party.
¿	We should be getting Consolidated Daily Stock Report (HS and DPCL -SMA & Noida) as "Auto-mailer" and Download options both.
¿	Once Client List is clean/updated, Consolidated MTD Sales Report (HS & DPCL) together at SKU Customer level.
¿	Option to upload Sales Plan for next three months (M+2) at SKU Customer Level.
¿	Report: Sales Plan Vs. MTD Sales Vs. Stock Available on Daily basis: An indicator as where are we against Sales Plan (Sales Plan, Actual Sales, Stock all three married together in this report)
¿	Inventory Ageing Report 
¿	Eventually, Production Plan and Dispatch Plan should get generated from ERP once we have Sales Plan and Inventory Logic in place.
