Dear Sir,

Below i am attaching few files kindly go through them. The files are related to Customer Service Process and included of procedures being followed and formats being used.

To make this whole process easier please do suggest what could be done in relation to automatic generation of ticket number along with auto filling of contact number of caller along with location, time and date of call along with reminder of follow-up with color highlights and counting of number days taken in closing of call.
