1. Addition of "Consignee" and "Notify Full Details" may please be done in the IMIS Module of Sales Tax Invoice.

The required format should be as follows:

Detail of Recipient/ Consignee (Bill to)
Place of Supply / Notify Full Details (Ship to)

Necessary document has been attached for reference please.
