Dear sir, It is your monitor problem and we can not access your monitor on remote. but i am writing some points to resolve the problem. please follow below step problem will get resolved. 1. Disconnect the power from the monitor. 2. Disconnect the cables from the back of the monitor to the computer. 3. Reconnect the monitor back to the power. 4. Connect the monitor to the computer. 5. Press the menu button to access the on screen display. 6. Use the plus and minus keys to navigate the menus and select Factory Reset.
