WHILE APPROVING SPV IT SHOWS ERROR

I AM UNABLE TO APPROVE THE SPV VOUCHER IN CANDY DIV.(72) AND SNACKS DIV.(75), WHILE APPROVING ITS SHOWS AN EROR (STATUS APPROVED,CLEAR OR COMMIT FIRST).
PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE
