Dear Sir, this is to inform you that we have two printers in our 0YB unit, & we are facing the following issues in them:- 1. In 1st printer which is connected to main server system, cartridge level is low, please advice ,how to resolve this, but please help us resolving it at the earliest possible. 2. In our 2nd printer,print outs are not coming ok. Paper is getting torn or thrashed while coming out of printer. It's creating a problem for us in our regular activities.
