this is. not an email problem. such issues can occur when pasting data from excel/word etc to email. you can try the following:
1. in excel make sure that there is border around your data. Excel shows lines around cells but those lines may npt show when pasting into mail. so make sure that you draw a broder in excel.
2. depending on your email software, you can try drawing a border after pasting the data.

Please note that if I have attached any data of excel format on e-mail then outer / Border line does disappears from e-mail of data.
