Ms. Pooja please confirm its ok PROVIDE REPORT NO Dear Sir, As discussed, if we are extracting the report "Customer master report" from the MR Marketing directory then consolidated data of all the customers are being shown in which customers of DPPC are also included. Customer of DPPC should not be shown in this report. Further, we have no clarity over the status of customers which are shown in this report. Because, if the status of customers of M/s MR Marketing has been changed (Active or Inactive or On Hold) through the directory of DPPC, then changes are shown in customer master report but the impact of these changes is not being taken care by the system. Therefore, these changes are made in customer status through Enterprise customer Form in MR marketing Directory for taking care of the impact which has not been considered after making the necessary changes through Directory of DPPC. Request you to provide the separate report of MR Marketing customer where we may review their actual status of the customers which has been marked in the MR Marketing Directory. With Regards!
