Dear Sir, 

With Reference to previous audit observations and based on valuable suggestion given by Mr. Sanjay Singh that there is no provision for receiving material in multiple lots in IMIS.

PO Should have feature that it can have multiple date delivery Scheduling specially for packing material as rate is fixed for specific period and material for same is to be received at multiple dates on lot basis as per requirement of procurement department plan.

This should be streamlined while purchase executive prepares Purchase order in system so that it can be easily tracked that material delivery are on time.
